This policy applies to all products and services sold on the site, including refunds, cancellations and returns.
Eligibility conditions for reimbursement.
A refund can be granted for a product in the following circumstances:
Defective products: If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, a refund will be made as soon as possible after receipt of the product and proof of purchase.
Wrong delivered item: If we deliver the wrong product, a full refund will be issued once the error has been confirmed and the product returned.
Refund request procedure.
To obtain a refund, the customer must:

Return the product: Return the product to the address provided by the company, making sure that it is in its original condition and that the packaging is intact, unless the defect or error concerns the packaging itself.
Amount of the refund.
The refund will be made via the original payment method, minus the restocking or shipping costs. Once the refund has been made, the company’s liability is limited to the value of the returned product.
Refund processing time.
Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt and inspection of the returned product. The refund may be delayed if additional information or documents are required to process the request.
Refunds for services.
The services provided by the company are generally non-refundable, except in the case of substantial breach of contract. Guarantees.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
This policy, as well as any disputes arising from it, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our state. Any legal action relating to this policy must be brought exclusively in federal court located in our state.
Acceptance.
By placing an order or purchasing products from the company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of this policy.
